Jochem van de Graaff has been actively involved in foam transition issues since 2014. He first served as chair of a municipal firefighting working group for the United Fire Brigades in the Netherlands and has been with H2K for the past six years. Jochem has advised various governmental and private entities on foam transition strategies. In addition, he educates and trains firefighters and commanding officers on the effective use and application of foam. Jochem has also contributed as a (co-)author to several guidance documents and white papers on foam usage and the foam transition.
