Kevin is currently the International Delivery Manager at ISTC Malta (2022–present). He was a Senior Instructor/Assessor at McCrae Training East Kilbride (2020–2022) and a Learning and Development Specialist at Qatar Airways (2014–2020). In his role at Qatar Airways, Kevin designed and delivered safety and emergency training, including fire safety, first aid, and hazard awareness. He also focused on leadership development, mental health awareness, and safe working practices. Kevin played a key role in improving safety performance, communication during emergencies, and conducting workplace assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
