Subject: Contractor Recordable Injury - Laceration incident Date of Email reporting Incident: Wed 09/04/2003 10:20 Report Detail: We had an incident report filed last week where an employee was using a box knife to cut through splicing tape on a split bolt. He was holding the split bolt in his hand and slicing in a direction towards his hand. The utility knife slipped off the split bolt and cut through his leather glove and resulted in a laceration on his left little finger that required sutures. Linked Documents:
