There has been many argument among responders as to whether
seat belts save lives - we have reported many times on the number and frequency
of Truck response incidents hence the requirement to have a competency based
'Emergency Fire Truck Driver' assessment program for all your operational
responders.
Although not within a Fire Truck this incident sequence taken with a
view cam from inside a vehicle shows quite graphically what can happen
if you are NOT wearing - make your own mind up!!!!!!! |
