This blast is very similar to others that seem to happen. I can think of at least 6 others where the tanker just exploded. Sometimes with a large explosion and other times it just is a small low pressure blast.

I think that we have a problem and no one is looking at it. We thought that we had eliminated tanker explosions when we went to bottom loading. For the most part we have. But, we still seem to find ways to blow up these tankers in mysterious ways.

I will be interested in what others have to say.
