This workshop will provide delegates with an opportunity to discuss, with the policy makers, these two controversial aspects and to generate an understanding of what each can expect from the other. Continuing the COMAH theme, the HSE Report to the EU on the first three years of operation will give an insight into the current status in the UK. A speaker from the EU will put this into context with regard to the rest of Europe.
