Attach for comment by 28 April 2005, the draft 2nd edition of IP Model Code of Safe Practice Part 19 Fire precautions at petroleum refineries and bulk storage installations. Prepared by Resource Protection International under the direction of the Energy Institute Part 19 Steering Group, it has been significantly revised and augmented. Note that the Code has not been formatted or proof-read.

I'd be grateful if you could submit your technical comments using the attached grid so that the basis for them is understood.
