Here is a clip of a Russian Fire-fighter removing a gas cylinder from a public area which had caught on fire.  The cylinder was being used for filling "balloons" in some countries CNG is used as an alternative to Helium, Pretty dangerous don't you think? as many balloons are taken to children's parties and candles are common features.  Bring the two together and you may get more than you bargained for !!!.

The fire-fighter in this video clip was very lucky the neck of the cylinder did not shear off when he drops it on the valve/regulator which would have been very interesting!!!
