Report Detail:

This video footage shows neighbouring facilities subject to the fatal blast at T2 Laboratories.  The video of personnel in several trailers hit by a blast wave which resulted in the deaths of 4 workers and the injury if 13 others in December 2007. 

Note that none of the trailer walls were collapsed.  Windows were broken and doors blew open, but no wall collapse.  This is consistent with Building Damage Level 2A as described in API 753, the lesser of the two damage levels.  In fact, those trailers have been cleanup inside and windows replaced and are now being used without any visible sign of blast damage.
 
The video can be played by windows media player, you have to select that as the software to use, then just say yes to the questions it asks after launching the file.
