Subject: Faulty Convection Heaters Date of Email report: Fri 01/05/2009 Report Detail: Please find attached details of a particular model of electrical convection heater which have on numerous occasions caught fire and in some instances caused significant damage to property. The HSE have asked for these heaters to be withdrawn from service and replaced. Can I ask that you check any contractor cabins on site and implement the withdrawal if any heaters of the type shown on the attached sheet are found. Additional Documentation:
