Process Safety Beacon: 25th Anniversary of the Beacon and 300th edition !

This is the 25th anniversary of the first Beacon and the 300th edition!
The purpose of the Beacon is to bring process safety messages to frontline workers, those closest to the process hazards. That includes operators, maintenance technicians, production supervisors, and process engineers.
The Beacon shares a process safety incident. The ‘Did You Know’ section provides additional information about process hazards and how to recognize them. The ‘What Can You Do’ section lists how readers can recognize hazards and recommended actions to prevent such an incident.
