Have all your personnel been trained and validated in this task? It's the simple jobs which sometimes result in the embarrassment and pain from personal injury. I know we operate a large number of trailers - I will be asking our Station Commanders to ensure we have documentation which proves we have trained our personnel in correct trailer coupling operations and they are competent.
