Subject: Business Mail - Process Safety Beacon Date of Email report: Tue 07/04/2009 Report Detail: This special issue of the Process Safety Beacon is sponsored by the 5th Global Congress on Process Safety, April 26-30 in Tampa, FL. If you are not able to attend in person, a webcast will be available. In June 2009 we will remember the 35th anniversary of the explosion in Flixborough, England, a major event in the evolution of process safety management throughout the world. The June 2004 CCPS Process Safety Beacon discussed the Flixborough explosion and was distributed on the 30th anniversary of the event.
